Pdf generation: Take the wiki with you.

We're still exploring the Collections facility, but basically you can see a collection here: User:Administrator/Collections/Mediawiki-HowTo (or all available collections here: Collections category). Look at 'my collection' on the left menu: If you click on 'load collection' that collection will be loaded, after which you can click on show collection, from where the pdf can be generated.
