Access keys/list of access keys

The following set of system messages, all beginning with "MediaWiki:Accesskey-", define access keys that may be used to navigate around the wiki (for example, when using Firefox, by holding down Alt + Shift and pressing the appropriate key). If a message is blank or does not exist, no access key is defined for that action.
